Gency Studio is an AI-powered, unmanned photo booth installed at Busan Station, offering an immersive self-shooting experience. By combining robotics, motion, and VFX technologies, it redefines how travel memories are captured, delivering a completely new kind of experience for visitors. Solter developed a custom kiosk interface to control the entire photo booth, and was responsible for the installation and operation of the full LED display system. We also produced an immersive background video that naturally reacts to both user movement and camera angles, enhancing the overall visual experience. As a result, users go beyond simple self-shooting — they step into a space that feels like a cinematic scene, enabling a deeper and more engaging experience. The integrated control of the kiosk, camera, and LED system also improved operational efficiency, minimized the need for on-site staff, and delivered a seamless, intuitive flow powered by technology.
